The New Audition Schedule has been released. The coming of Spring also brings the spring audition dates. The brochure can be downloaded here and the schedule can be found on the Audition page.
Prelude Orchestra is for young string players, who have had a basic introduction to music reading. Members are primarily in grades 3 – 6.
The Intermezzo Orchestra is primarily made up of young musicians in Middle School and High School. Emphasis in
Intermezzo Orchestra is on building orchestral playing skills and reading ability.
A majority of Symphony Orchestra members are in High School, or are selected from advanced, mature Junior High students. The Symphony Orchestra performs standard orchestral literature, generally not educational arrangements.
